"Because of the length of our window (94 inches), one more cord in the manufacturing process would make it work a little better. It has a tendency to sag, but can be adjusted with the cord. It still looks good! It gave me the look I wanted, and I will be ordering again soon for my other windows."

"I was disappointed when I opened the box and saw the quality of the blind. I needed a more durable blind for my home. They would probably be fine in rooms that have little use, but in a living room and kitchen with two teenagers I needed something that would last. I returned the blinds and upgraded to a premium quality and it was only a couple hundred dollars more for the 6 blinds. Money well spent for the upgrade in quality. I was very happy with the customer service I received and the blinds did appear to be easy to install."

"I ORDERED THE BALI 3/8" HONEYCOMB CELL SHADES BUT WHEN THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER I CHANGED THE ORDER TO BLINDS .COM BRAND 1/2" SHADES. THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO INSTALL WERE NOT QUITE DETAILED ENOUGH AND TRYING TO SCREW THE SCREWS IN TO MY WINDOW FRAMES WHICH ARE MADE OF HARDWOOD BECAUSE I HAVE A PRE WAR APARTMENT IN NYC THE TASK OF INSTALLING WAS QUITE HARD. THE SHADES LOOK GREAT BUT BE READY FOR SOME ADDED BLISTERS TO YOUR HANDS."

"Very happy, but not extremely happy. Other blinds I received from other sites had 3 brackets for support. These blinds had two, which allows top to bend when raising/lowering blinds. Quality of honeycomb material was excellent, and also noticed it helped insulate the windows during cold northern winters. Price was real good for the overall quality. Shipping was fast, 4 days I think. I was hoping it would take longer so I could watch playoff football. But wife won."
