"Our 2" Faux blinds arrived in pretty good shape, with a few scratches on the brackets that were soon covered up by the matching faux wood valence. They work very easily and smoothly, and look better than blinds costing much more. We saved a lot by installing ourselves, and they went up very quickly and smoothly. All cuts were accurate and fit our window openings like a custom shop would fit. We installed these blinds in a professional office environment, and they're working out great. We had to be careful about the product, because in Tucson the sun will eat up natural wood very quickly. These appear to be well built, look just like real wood, and are lightweight enough to make operation easy. I get lots of compliments on them from our customers, and many ask where we got them. "I love my blinds and how they look, and for the most part they were easy to install. I did have problems with getting the valance attached. It would stick and was very hard to slide in place. I also think the installation instructions should be clearer on placement of the installation bracket. Mine ended up too far forward so the valance sticks out. If I could do over, I would have placed it farther back so the valance would be flush with the wall.

"After getting numerous quotes for blinds for a new room in my house. I decided to compare prices on blinds.com At this time I was going to order the Hunter Douglas faux wood blind. Blinds.com were going to save me $200 if I ordered from them instead of the blind store. Then I saw the "Premium faux wood blinds" from blinds.com and after much thought I decided I would order those instead. Saving me another $150. I am so happy with my purchase!!! The blinds are just as nice a quality as the HunterD brand and super easy to install ( and I am not very handy). I would recommend these blinds to anyone. You won't be dissaponited. "Chose the 'Premium Fauxwood, mohagony", fit perfectly. Wow really accents the room! Walls are a medium/light green mist with a very pale green trim, floors are pine laminate. "I ordered these blinds after talking with one of my sister's friends. I reviewed some samples and decided to go with the embossed antique white. They look great! I ordered 11 blinds and managed to put each one up in about 10-15 minutes (including measuring). The blinds were cut to perfect measure and delivered to my door in a timely fashion. "The blinds are beautiful. What a great price for such a nice product. The website made it so easy to buy hard to find sizes. Just put in the size you need, you get a quote, and they come in a jiffy. They could have been packed better for shipping, one was damged when it arrived, but it was replaced with no problems. I am very pleased and would buy again."
