"The blinds look beautiful. I was so pleased with the ease of ordering and stunned at how quickly they arrived. They fit perfectly and being able to select 10 free samples allowed me to pick just the right color for that room. I will most certainly be a returning customer and have already recommended your product to friends."

"I was concerned when my shades were shipped to a wrong address, so I emailed customer service. I had a response within the hour, and my shades the next day! Perfect fit, installation very easy. I was a little disappointed with the pull cord, it seems a little fragile, but with extra care from adults it should hold up fine. I've had a lot of compliment's on these shades, and again the customer service was excellent!"

So Easy,

"When I received my blinds they were beautiful but had a couple smudge marks on them (they were white) that I couldn't remove. When I called the company, they remade the blinds and sent them in a very timely way. No fuss. I will definitely use this company again."

"The roman shades are very easy to install, they were delivered in a timely fashion and are much better quality than what I originally had from 10 years ago. I used to have pleated shades, and I love the look of the roman shades and the ease of opening and closing them! Great new, and clean look."

"On initial examination these shades look nice. The color is great and they hang nicely. These shades are very easy to install and to take down. The bad news is that the color (red) looks pink outside at night, since the shades aren't lined, and the pull cords wear out easily, and have had to be carefully watched in case I need to retie the worn places in the cords. The fabric, while crisp and smooth, water stains very easily; so don't brush against it with a wet sleeve or leave a glass near it that may accumulate water condensation and bleed it to the shades."

"Very poor installation brackets. Difficult to deal with and not very robust brackets. The appearance is fine but the installation detracts from this product."

"We spent hours opon hours looking and getting quotes for our church windows. Or windows are very large and most other places wanted charge us 300 a window, but we found this site, and they could do them for much less. We ordered the samples becuase the colors on the screen are somewhat off. We were on a deadline and had to have them before the 4th of July. they took about 3 weeks, which was really fast. Don't get me Wrong with quick work and low prices, the Blinds are very high in quality."

"We foud the service very good. We liked the blinds very much. The only thing is the color. When we were selecting the color for the blinds on your website the color we chose seemed a kind of orange in tone, but the actual color is like the color of a camel. We liked the actual color, it worked realy fine for us, but what if it didn't. The colors on the website are very different from the actual colors. Otherwise we liked blinds.com."

"We are very happy with all of the blinds we ordered. We did have a slight delay as the room darkening backing was on back order from your supplier but it was not a big deal as we were not in a hurry. We particularly like the roman shades we ordered. Would definitely order from Blinds.com again."

"Ordering products online, especially custom made sight unseen is somewhat scary. I am very satisfied with the window treatments that I ordered. I will soon be placing an order with Blinds.com for plantation shutters."

"For the most part the on line order was easy. When I called customer service because I did not receive part of my order, the women was very nice, confirmed I had ordered the piece and reordered. I came home and found a confirmation phone call as well. The missing piece came right away. Thats good service. I have had two people ask where I got my window treatment and I shared blinds.com."
