"The 1" Lightblocker Mini Blinds we ordered from Blinds.com were the perfect solution to a difficult decorating issue. We chose brushed aluminum blinds to acheive an "office" look for our son's room. He'd grown up and out of the wall paper border race car look and wanted clean modern lines. The Blinds.com website had great pictures that made choosing the right blind for the room as easy as going to a showroom. As our son is disabled, it was so much easier for him to shop online! He was able to have a voice in the decision, and he chose the lightblocker blinds. Well, the blinds arrived quickly and were the exact dimensions ordered. They were unbelievably easy to install, and look so great that we haven't even added a valance or other window treatment. The Lightblocker Mini Blinds do block light (and heat & cold). The look great from both inside and outside. The very best thing about the blinds was the price. I couldn't come close to that bargain, and I shopped both online and in stores - showroom, department & discount. I have recommended www.blinds.com to friends and family, and I have the website bookmarked so that I don't forget where we got such a great product for a great price. Thanks!"

"Not close in quality to the Levolor blinds I purchased a few years ago. . . These Bali blinds are very lightweight and inexpensive looking - I settled for them due to price and the fact that it is difficult to get blinds that are the precise length I wanted. It was easy to order online and hope for the best.
Would not purchase these blinds again."

"I probably wouldn't buy again because they cost a little more than basic aluminum blinds, but I bought some for my bedroom window because it faces southeast and gets a lot of sunlight early in the morning. I think they do block a little more light than normal blinds, and they are good quality overall. Installation was very easy - I had my old blinds out and the new ones up in about 10 minutes. I recommend these blinds to anyone who doesn't mind paying a few extra dollars for slightly better light darkening and product quality."

"This is a company who truly understands customer service and is also innovative. I measured wrong, and put my order in wrong, and didn't even catch it when it was emailed to me. They really do block out all of the light, which is important when you have a child that doesn't sleep well. "The blinds are beautiful. Unfortunately, we should have purchased a liner. The blinds diffuse the light, but allow much more sunlight than we would like to come into our room. Also, at night with lights on in the room, the blinds do not offer much privacy. If you want more privacy, we would recommend you purchase blinds with a liner."

"I puchased the bone colored light blocking blinds and found the light blocking feature to be pretty good. The only thing I did not like about the blinds was the type of brackets. It was difficult to install the blinds on the brackets. I prefer the type of bracket that has a hinged "gate". It allows for much easier installation and removal."

"We like the blinds all right, but they aren't really as good as the Blinds.com blinds that we bought for the rest of the house. The Bali blinds weren't cut quite right (they are OK, though), and the valance isn't near as substantial and pretty as the Blinds.com ones. The blinds are the color we asked for. I probably wouldn't buy them again, as the Blinds.com brand are just exceptional."

"It would be nice if you made vinyl blinds. I would have rather had vinyl blinds because the blinds that I bought are for my sliding glass doors so there is a lot of traffic going by this blinds. When you bend one of this blinds the metal will bend and crease. If you had vinyl blinds they would just bend back without a crease. Thank You and have a good day."
