"LOVE MY PLEATED BILNDS..FIT INSIDE PERFECT..MY BATHROOM IS GRAY AND BLUE..THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS WHEN I RECIEVED THE SAMPLE THE MATERIAL WAS THE COLOR I WANTED BUT DID NOT SHOW THAT THE METAL HEADRAIL AND BOTTOM RAIL WAS A LIGHT BLUE..DIFFERENT..ALMOST SENT IT BACK..BUT HELD IT UP AND FOUND THAT WITH A INSIDE MOUNT THE SHADOWING OF MY OAK TRIM MADE IT LOOK MORE GRAY THAN LIGHT BLUE,,LOOKED GREAT SO KEPT IT..."

"A local decorator came to my home to put blinds in our master bath that matched the ones in our bedroom. She said that the companies she represented did not have a blind that was wide enough to work for what I wanted to do -- price was not a problem for me. I was very disappointed and decided to try my luck on line. Within minutes I had a blind ordered and within days I had the blind at my front door. Hanging instructions were very clear and so I installed it myself. Looks beautiful. Thanks for the great product and the excellent service."

"Part of our home renovation has involved a total makeover of some basement rooms. These lovely shades were the finishing touch and made a huge difference in the look and "feel" of the rooms.
I went with the top-down option because the rooms have "window wells" and I wanted to block the industrial look of these while still letting in plenty of light. These Graber products work perfectly. They block just enough light, but allow a slight glow to illuminate the room. The fabric looks very expensive, but it's not at all too delicate or fragile. The color choices are also exquisite -- not too loud or bright, but not faded or washed out like some other brands.
They installed without a fuss, and hang perfectly. No gaps, no snags, and the top down mechanism is smooth as silk.
I highly recommend these beauties. If they can help turn stark and dingy basement rooms into warm and welcoming bedrooms, they can do anything!"

"Yesterday we installed the blinds which had been sent to replace an earlier damaged shipment. I was concerned when the order initially arrived since two of the three blinds were damaged in shipment. The customer service department worked diligently on the problem and I received the replacements as soon as it was possible for the center in Fort Lauderdale to resume business after hurricane Rita struck. The blinds are in place and were are very happy so far with the product. I really appreciate how customer service handled my problem."
