"I purchased remote control blinds for three kitchen window which are very hard to reach. I'd installed many sets of blinds before but never with the remote feature.
I'm ashamed to say they sat in their box for almost a year because I was intimidated by the remote feature. I shouldn't have been. They installed like a breeze....the instructions were simple and easy to follow and within an hour I had all three blinds installed.
They look and work beautifully....we love them! And I obviously don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering the remote feature. It's a piece of cake! But what's just as important is that Blinds.com's customer service techs would have come to my rescue had there been a problem.
We're very happy customers and can't say enough good things about Blinds.com....it's where we will purchase all our future blinds and so will our friends."

"We purchased blinds for 2 bedrooms and love them. The wood stained blinds seem to cut out more light than the off white. They both look great. Would like to see the valance 1/2 inch longer than the (inside hung) blind to completely cover the gap. I do suggest getting samples of colors. Will be buying more."

"I was happy with my first order, but I do like the wood blinds but I had to send my bilnds back twice. First that did not have the cloth tape that I had ordered. So I had to wait two weeks. Then when they arrived they were the wrong size. NOw i will have to wait another two weeks. Not Happy!!!! The blinds look nice. BUt they NEED to at least DOUBLE check their orders before sending them out!!!!"

"Instructions sent with the order were not followed. All of the blinds did not hang straight, that is, the blinds were not parallel to the top structure. This was due to the crimps not put on the cords at the right places. Your representative sent me the need parts to correct, and I was able to do so satisfactorily. The finished product is good, but the repair was too time consuming."

"We have a very old home with different size windows and low ceilings, we needed a custom, clean and bright window treatment that would enhance the small rooms charm. These blinds were perfectly made and easy to install. Service and shipping was fast and friendly.The quality is very good although I wish they had painted the side of the slats and had more elegant looking hold down brackets. "The headrail was kind of bent up on one of the blinds but it didn't seem to effect the function so I didn't send it back (I think that was a shipping issue). There is one spot where the paint is missing (about a 1/4" round) but other than that quality was good."
