"When these blinds arrived & were unpacked, the valance was scratched & was unusable. The action of the tilt control is extremely stiff & difficult to use as are the cords for raising or lowering the blinds."

"The blinds are beautiful. However, I have been unable to install them. The instructions are unclear and the drawing that explain the instructions are awful. I just received another package with parts, but it is not clear how to use them as it is what I already have.
When I return from my vacation, I am hiring a local company to install them for me. That is the only complaint I have. I will send you a picture of the blinds once they are installed. I have recommended your company to my daughter. Maybe she will have better luck with the instructions. She lives in Seattle, otherwise, the could help me install them."

"I have had these blinds up for over 2 years-they are the easiest blinds to clean.....They are sturdy enough to allow you to actually wipe them off.
I ordered the Antique Brass and they are spectacular visually. if the blinds get bent, they do not show a crease.
I highly recommend these blinds, and the service
I received from blinds.com was terrific. The blinds
were so simple to order."

"The blind, although it was a nice product, was incorrectly cut. It is only 3/4 the length of the window. I have been so busy that I didn't have time to call and request a new one, but I probably shouldn't have had to anyway."

"Ordering from this site was convenient. Customer Service was also excellent.
-If there was something about these blinds I would change, it would have to be the base (the horizontal bar at the bottom of the blinds). It needs to be a little heavier. Also, somehow, the blinds I got do not close quite flush but it still looks pretty good even when closed."

"Thanks for the oppertunity to respound.
We searched through other dealrships, we have chosen blinds.com becouse of easy excess, knowledable staff on structural detail and they never needed help from an other associate. We used these blinds in an arch top windows. Perfect fit and function on installation. We are lookin forward to receive our Pleated shade orders. We using your blinds in new construction. Some of those so called custom classic places using the same basic materials and charging 2-3 times the amount. Thanks again, James B."

"I thought the delivery was a little long .... was expecting 7 days and it was more like two weeks .... BUT, when I called to check on the order, the lady that helped me was super nice. I wish I had her name to thank her again personally. I'd say she was hands down the NICEST person I have ever dealt with over the phone.Also, the order was perfect when it got here. Well packed, and everything fit. No instructions, but I'm a guy and don't read them anyway.I'd recommend Blinds.com to anyone ..... especially dopes like me that have bought them from Lowe's or Home Depot in the past. You have to get them cut to size by a surly "associate", then remove slats yourself, shorten the strings, etc. etc.Much, much easier to order them to fit, and just hang them up.Blinds.com gets an A++++++++++++ in my book."
