"I was very pleased with quality of the product and how quickly they came. My husband was able to install each of the faux wood blinds in under 15 minutes. Very easy to install and makes the room look warm and cozy.

Only one blind came slightly damaged with the top bar bent, but did not affect hanging or seeing the defect."

Most impressive beyond the quality of the product was the manner in which they were packed for shipping... they were bubble wrapped and shipped in extremely sturdy boxes.. far better than anything I have seen before.

"Love my new Hunter Douglas faux wood blind. It is in the window over my kitchen sink. After receiving the samples we picked the color that we thought would go well with my custom kitchen cabinets that my husband made from scratch! Our choice was perfect. Having had Hunter Douglas blinds before, we know how they stand by their products and we are happy to have another blind from them. I have referred my sister and others to Blinds.com. "The blinds are beautiful. They really finish off the look of the room and make it bright and cheery.
They were shipped very well and came in perfect condition.
They were not difficult to install even though the one blind was quite large. I am very pleased."

"I was amazed at how quickly these arrived. I ordered on a Saturday, they arrived the following Thursday. I ordered the blinds with the Lightmaster option, but this does not completely block out the light. Other than that, they are great!"

"Very good shipping time. Great product. Great customer service. I've ordered window coverings from another source on the internet. I would not recommend them, but, your service, product, shipping time and overall experience was wonderful. And, I used to install the Hunter Douglas product in a previous profession, as a designer. Nothing beats the Hunter Douglas brand for quality, lasting beauty, and ease of installation."

"The blinds arrived timely and were easy to install. My only complaint is that the ones in our front window which faces south, are already beginning to warp. I was told to get the faux wood because they wouldn't warp, and that real wood blinds would warp."

"Blinds.com is great, quick and cost efficient. We bought the Hunter Douglas 2" faux wood blinds. Excellent quality, sturdy and nice to look at. Installation was okay for a burly guy but might be challenging for larger windoes since these blinds can be heavy and need to be installed with a power tool. The order to delivery time was faster than I expected. Customer service was better than most Home Improvement megastores. We have purchased 3 times and only have 2 more windows left to buy for at our house. I am recommending them to my friends."

"I really like the material my blinds are made from---better than the real wooden blinds I purchased from a professional window treatment store. I like the wood blinds, but I like the faux wood better.
However, I think the wooden blinds have a better mechanism on them. If I could change one thing about my blinds from blinds.com--it would be to put the same mechanism that my real wood blinds have on them. Other than that---I would buy these blinds again---I really like the way they look, how easy they are to clean, and the price!!! We saved over $500 off the estimate we got from the place that put in our wooden blinds."

"We ordered our blinds from a local decorator, but then ordered more from blinds.com. The quality was identical and installation was simple, while price was 30% less and there was no installation fee. We recommended this web site to our daughter when she built a new home and she is also very pleased with the Hunter Douglas Everwood blinds. One of our valances came without side clips, but Customer Service shipped replacements which fit perfectly. We would order all blinds from blinds.com if we build another house. Love the product and the service."
